What size of companies do you work with?
All sizes, from startups and small businesses to large enterprises. Small teams often start with a Health Check, or with support from a few hours a month, with no long-term commitment.
Do you work in English and French?
Yes. We work in English or French, whichever your team prefers, from meetings to documentation and deliverables.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA before any detailed discussion. Your data, systems and business information stay confidential.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We work remotely with teams anywhere in the world, from our base in Montreal (Eastern Time), and can adjust our hours to overlap with yours.
Are you a staffing agency?
No. HNZ is a boutique consultancy. Every engagement is led by Halima, our founder, who works with you directly. If a project needs extra expertise, we can bring in vetted consultants, with your approval.
What happens after I contact you?
We start with a free call to understand your needs. Then we send a short proposal with the scope, timeline and price. Once it's approved, we sign the agreement and get started.
How do you bill?
Dedicated engagements are billed hourly and invoiced monthly. Fractional engagements are billed monthly. The Org Health Check is a fixed price. Every proposal states the rate or price clearly before any work starts.
Can you work alongside our internal team or another Salesforce partner?
Absolutely. Most of our experience comes from working inside enterprise teams. We follow your tools, processes and release cycles, and work smoothly with your admins, developers and partners.
What do you need to start a Health Check?
Read-only access to your Salesforce org (a Full Copy sandbox is ideal), a short kickoff call with your admin or Salesforce owner, and a list of your known pain points. Any existing documentation helps but isn't required.
Do you hold a security clearance?
Yes. Halima holds a Government of Canada Secret-level security clearance, which makes public-sector and regulated engagements easier.
